Evetta

Information about Evetta

Evetta, emerging as a charming throwback to the classic Isetta design, marks a significant stride in the compact electric vehicle sector under the aegis of German manufacturer Electric Brands. The brand’s roots trace back to Artega’s initial concept, the Karo, which debuted in 2019. However, after a corporate shift, Electric Brands took the reins and rebranded this nostalgic concept as Evetta, reviving the iconic Isetta as a modern electric microcar.

Launched at the International Motor Show Germany in 2022, Evetta is not just a nod to the past but a serious player in today’s EV market. This microcar is designed with urban environments in mind, boasting a range of approximately 145 miles per charge, courtesy of its 16.2 kWh battery. It’s a practical option for city dwellers, featuring a unique front-opening door integrated with the steering wheel—an homage to its Isetta origins.

The Evetta lineup is quite versatile, offering several models including the standard two-seater, a cargo variant, and the Evetta Openair—a convertible that blends retro charm with contemporary electric mobility. Production initially planned in Göttingen has since moved to Nedcar in the Netherlands with an ambitious sales forecast. In its debut year, the aim is to sell around 5,000 units, escalating to between 30,000 and 40,000 in the following years.

In the ever-evolving realm of electric vehicles, Evetta stands out with its distinctive design and practical performance metrics, promising a blend of nostalgic allure and modern technology tailored for the urban landscape.
