The Toyota Mark II, a compact to mid-size sedan, was manufactured and sold in Japan from 1968 to 2004. Initially marketed as the Toyota Corona Mark II, it was later known as the Toyota Cressida in most export markets from 1976 to 1992 across four generations. The production of the Mark II and Cressida took place at the Motomachi plant in Toyota, Aichi, Japan from 1968 to 1993, and later at the Miyata plant in Toyota Motor Kyushu from 1992 to 2000. Some models were also assembled in Indonesia and the Philippines as the Cressida.

As a mainstream sedan and station wagon for Toyota, the Mark II played a significant role in both domestic and international markets for several decades. Recognized for its reliability and performance, the Mark II offered a comfortable driving experience for consumers. Over time, its rear-wheel-drive configuration was replaced by the front-wheel-drive Avalon in North America.
