This includes, but is not confined to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. You acknowledge that your use of Drivesome is at your own risk.

Legal actions pursued on the Drivesome platform must be conducted through appropriate legal channels. Frivolous legal actions or threats of legal action against Drivesome will not be tolerated. Instances of such actions will result in a minimum defamation action of $100,000 against the party initiating such frivolous claims.

    Single Account: Maintain one account, intended solely for personal use. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited.

    Password Security: Safeguard your password and refrain from sharing access to your Drivesome account with others. Transferring your account to another person without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

  1. Eligibility Criteria:

    Age Requirement: Users must be at least 13 years old to use Drivesome.

    Sex Offender Prohibition: Individuals with a history of conviction as a sex offender are not permitted to use our platform.

    Previous Account Violations: If your Drivesome account has been previously disabled due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, Community Standards, or other relevant policies, you are prohibited from creating another account without our explicit permission. Authorization to create a new account is at the sole discretion of Drivesome and should not be misconstrued as an acknowledgment of wrongful disciplinary action.

    Deletion Process Timing: Content may take up to 90 days to be fully deleted after we begin the account deletion process or receive a content deletion request. Content sent to the trash initiates the deletion process in 30 days, or sooner if you choose.

    Exceptional Retention: Content may not be deleted within 90 days in situations where it has been used by others under this license, technical limitations, legal obligations, safety considerations, or law enforcement requirements.

  1. Use of Name, Profile Picture, and Action Information:

    Advertising and Sponsored Content: You grant us permission to use your name, profile picture, and information about actions you’ve taken on Drivesome next to or in connection with ads, offers, and sponsored or commercial content displayed across our platform. No compensation will be provided to you for such usage.

    Example Scenarios: This usage could involve showcasing your interest in an advertised event or indicating that you’ve liked a page created by a brand that is running ads on Drivesome.

  1. Software Updates:

    Software Usage Permission: By downloading or using our software, you grant us permission to download and install updates to the software when available. This ensures that you benefit from the latest features and improvements.

  1. Updates to Terms and Conditions

Drivesome retains the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, such as notifications on the platform or via email.   1. Platform Conduct: Drivesome cannot be held liable for the behavior of other users on the platform. You acknowledge and embrace the understanding that interactions with fellow users are undertaken at your own risk.
  1. Content Accuracy: Drivesome does not ensure the accuracy, reliability, or authenticity of content shared on the platform. You concede that content posted by others is neither endorsed nor verified by Drivesome.
  1. Third-Party Links: Drivesome may feature links to third-party websites or resources. You concur that Drivesome is not accountable for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external sites or resources.
  1. Content Usage: Drivesome and its affiliates disclaim liability for any outcomes arising from the use, sharing, or distribution of content, images, or data shared on the platform, as permitted by the granted license.

This request must encompass the plaintiff’s name, address, phone number, the legal counsel’s name, address, phone number, and comprehensive evidence and details pertaining to the alleged infringements. By initiating legal action, you acknowledge and agree that Drivesome retains the prerogative to charge a $100,000 retainer/bond for any case deemed frivolous.
