The mid-cycle refreshed R8 V8 coupe paired its 4.2-litre FSI naturally aspirated engine, producing 550 hp and 540 Nm of torque, with a six-speed manual gearbox and quattro all-wheel drive. The 0-100 km/h sprint takes 3.8 seconds, making it the slower of the two 2012-2015 V8 variants by transmission choice alone. It represents one of the last opportunities to drive a high-output naturally aspirated Audi mid-engine car with a traditional clutch pedal.
