New @Adelaide Parklands Circuit What do you think? I think it looks great. It's a shame to lose the iconic turn 8, but we gain turns 10 and 11, which look like if they bring the walls closer for the V8s, will be amazing. We are losing a technically slow national racetrack to get one of the fastest and most iconic international "street" tracks in the world.

I Killed Drivesome Twice. Here's Why It's Back
Sleeping in my car, going broke, and burying the dream twice. The honest story of how Drivesome started, died, and finally came back to life.

Pink Car Syndrome
Early 2000s Sydney, peak sex spec. Wild paint, white leather, disco balls swinging off the mirror. Cars built for one reason and one reason only: to be looked at. First and only time I went to a meet at La Perouse, a glittery pink VL with a full white interior rolled through. Eve

Jaguar Rebrand Part 4 | It's Not a Pivot. I'm Not Buying It.
I cannot afford the Type 01. That is not the point. Even if I could, I would not buy it. That is the point. My love for Jaguar is gone and the rebrand killed it. Not the reliability issues. Not the price tag. Not even the Type 00, I thought it looked pretty cool. The moment they

The Cars That Made Me Question Everything Something has shifted in the last twelve months and I am not sure how to feel about it. The Ferrari Luce. The Audi Nuvolar. The Jaguar Type 00 and Type 01. The Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe. The Cybertruck. The Kia Tasman. These are not fr

Jaguar Rebrand Part 3 | Did They Bet on the Wrong Car
The car is here. Sort of. The concept has been shown and a production luxury electric 4 door GT is coming. The design is genuinely interesting. It is different in ways that feel deliberate rather than desperate, and after everything Jaguar has been through, that is probably the m

I studied marketing. Two years, a couple of diplomas. I am not claiming to be an expert but I understand enough to know when something is off. The Jaguar rebrand was off. Not in a "brave risk that might pay off" way. In a "we have decided our existing customers are the problem" w

Ferrari's First NPC Car
Nice Car. Wrong Badge. What a great looking electric car. Clean lines, strong presence, real confidence. If this rolled out of a Dodge event or a BYD launch, we would be saying all the right things. But this is Ferrari. And that changes everything. This is the Ferrari Luce. A fiv

Jaguar Rebrand Part 1 | The Jag That Raised Me
My dad drove a Series 1 XJ6 my entire childhood. Not as a show car. As a daily, worked on with his own hands, in the driveway every weekend. That car was the classroom and he was the teacher. I learned how engines breathe, how to listen for a fault before it becomes a failure, an

Six Years. Still Nothing. Still Here. Kia Cerato YD Review
Not fast, not slow, not pretty, not broken. Six years with a Kia Cerato YD, the car that asks nothing of you and gives nothing back, and just keeps going.
