The B7 S4 Tiptronic quattro pairs the generation's 4.2-litre V8, producing 344 hp and 410 Nm of torque, with a six-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission and Audi's permanent quattro all-wheel drive. The automatic gearbox adds a tenth of a second to the 0-100 km/h sprint compared to the manual, returning a 5.8-second time. This sedan variant suits buyers who prioritise ease of use without sacrificing the V8's broad performance envelope.
