The 650i xDrive Steptronic Cabriolet carries the same twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre V8 with 450 hp and 650 Nm as the rear-drive 650i but adds xDrive all-wheel drive, cutting the 0 to 100 km/h time to 4.5 seconds. Offered from 2015 to 2017, it represents the performance peak of the F12 Cabriolet lineup outside of the M6, combining maximum traction with the open-top body. The marginal gain over its rear-drive predecessor reflects the all-wheel-drive system's traction advantage off the line.
