BMW›X1

The BMW X1 is a compact crossover SUV manufactured by BMW since 2009. Initially based on the E90 3 Series, the first-generation X1 featured a rear-wheel-drive layout as standard. Positioned as the smallest SUV in BMW's lineup upon its debut, it slotted beneath the X3 until the release of the smaller X2. The X1 appeals to a wider audience due to its smaller size, enhanced efficiency, and affordability, with the all-wheel-drive option (xDrive) being available at an additional cost. In the transition to the second generation, the X1 underwent a significant change, adopting a front-wheel-drive-based platform known as the UKL2. This platform is shared with other models such as the BMW 2
