The BYD G6 is a mid-sized four-door saloon introduced by the Chinese automaker BYD in September 2011. Providing consumers with options, the G6 is offered with a choice of two four-cylinder petrol engines. The first option is a BYD-designed, all-aluminum-alloy 1.5L turbo engine (1497 cc) labeled as TID. This engine generates 113 kW (154 PS; 152 bhp) and 240 N⋅m (177 lb⋅ft) of torque, paired with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission for a smooth driving experience. The second engine choice is the Mitsubishi 483QB 2.0L (1991 cc)
