Citroen C6

2005 – 2012 · France

The Citroën C6 is an executive car that has been in production by the French car manufacturer Citroën since 2005. Taking inspiration from the Citroën C6 Lignage concept car, the C6 features a fastback saloon design. The original idea for the C6 traces back to the unveiling of the Citroën C6 Lignage prototype at the Geneva Motor Show in 1999. While the production model differs slightly from the concept car, it still embodies the sleek styling and sophistication that the C6 was aiming for. The goal of the Citroën C6 was to serve as a successor to the Citroën XM, a model that had been in production since 1989. Citro
