Ciwei, an emerging electric vehicle (EV) brand from China, represents the dynamic surge of new players in the EV market. Established in 2018 under the aegis of Xiamen Sanwu Internet Technology, Ciwei—which translates to 'hedgehog' in English—was introduced with a distinctive branding strategy emphasizing connectivity and innovative technology applications like blockchain for data storage.
