The Kia Picanto, also known as the Kia Morning in some regions, is a city car manufactured by the South Korean company, Kia, since 2003. Its various names include Kia EuroStar, Naza Suria, and Naza Picanto in different countries. The vehicle is primarily produced at the Donghee plant in South Korea, with some countries assembling knock-down versions locally. Designed to comply with South Korea's "light car" category, the Picanto benefits from tax incentives for its compact size, measuring below 3,600 mm in length and 1,600 mm in width. The name "Picanto" is derived from the Spanish and Italian words "picante" and "piccante", meaning "spicy".
