The Lada Nadezhda, also known as VAZ-2120 "Hope", is a seven-person, four-wheel-drive minivan manufactured by Russian automaker AvtoVAZ from 1998 to 2006. It marked the introduction of the first minivan produced by the Russian auto industry and was based on the VAZ-2131 Niva line of sport utility vehicles. Despite its innovative design, the VAZ-2120 did not achieve commercial success, leading to production numbers dropping to only 1,500 units before being discontinued in 2006 due to low demand in the Russian market.
