The Mazda B series comprises a range of pickup trucks made by Mazda over five generations from 1961 to 2006. Initially designed as a commercial vehicle larger than a kei truck, the model line evolved over the years. Mazda denoted the models based on engine displacement, such as the B1500 with a 1.5 L engine and the B2600 with a 2.6 L engine. In Japan, the B series was known as the Mazda Proceed for most of its production, while the lineup adopted different names in various regions. In Australia and New Zealand, it was marketed as the Mazda Bravo and Mazda Bounty, respectively. In South Africa, it was sold under the name Mazda Drifter. The Mazda B series pickup
