The early days of Miesse were marked by the construction of robust steam cars, many of which served as taxis in Brussels, contributing significantly to the brand's recognition in the early 20th century. By 1903, Miesse expanded internationally by licensing Turner's of England to manufacture its cars, known as Turner-Miesse vehicles. This phase continued until 1906, reflecting the brand's brief but impactful stint in the UK market. Post World War I, the company's focus shifted from steam to petrol and diesel engine vehicles, primarily targeting commercial uses. This transition marked Miesse's adaptation to the evolving automotive industry.
