The Nissan Terrano II, known as the Nissan Mistral in Japan, is a compact SUV manufactured by Nissan from 1993 to 2005. It was produced by Nissan's Spanish subsidiary for the European market and also supplied to Ford Europe as the Ford Maverick. The name "Mistral" is inspired by the wind in southeastern France.
