The Nissan Almera Tino, also known as the Nissan Tino in Japan, was a mini MPV, compact people carrier, or estate car produced by the Japanese automaker Nissan from 1998 to 2006. Initially launched as the Tino in Japan, the Almera Tino was introduced to the European market in July 2000. The vehicle was manufactured in Nissan's Spanish factory from 2000 to 2006. The Almera Tino was built on the Almera small family car floorpan, sharing the platform with the second generation of the Almera launched in 2000. Production of the Almera Tino ceased in February 2006, just before the discontinuation of
