Nissan X-Trail T33

2021 – 2024 · Japan

The Nissan X-Trail is a compact crossover SUV manufactured by Japanese automaker Nissan since 2000, bridging the gap between the Qashqai and the larger Murano in their lineup. In 2018, it found its place alongside these models in Nissan's range. A notable change occurred with the third-generation X-Trail, where it aligned with the North American market's Rogue. This merger resulted in a shared platform and technical similarities between the two models. The X-Trail's design underwent a significant transformation during this period, moving away from its traditional rugged and boxy appearance to embrace a more modern and urban-oriented crossover SUV styling. One of the key innovations introduced with the new generation was the availability of three-row seating as an option, enhancing the X-Trail's practicality and appeal to families and consumers needing additional passenger capacity. This adjustment positioned the X-Trail as a versatile choice for those seeking a blend of functionality and sophistication in a mid-sized SUV. Overall, the Nissan X-Trail has evolved over the years to adapt to changing consumer preferences and market demands. By incorporating features like three-row seating and updating its design to align with urban trends in the automotive industry, the X-Trail remains a competitive option in the crossover SUV segment, offering a balance of utility, style, and comfort for drivers and passengers alike.
