The Plymouth Voyager, originally a full-size van, transitioned to becoming one of the pioneering Chrysler minivans in 1984. Initially introduced in 1974 as a full-size van, it was the counterpart of the Dodge Sportsman (later Dodge Ram Wagon) until 1983. From 1984 to 2000, the Voyager underwent three generations as a popular minivan option, alongside the Dodge Caravan.
