The Proton Inspira is a compact four-door saloon introduced in November 2010 by Malaysian automotive manufacturer Proton. Initially available only in Malaysia, the Inspira was essentially a rebadged version of the ninth-generation Mitsubishi Lancer, resulting from a collaboration between Proton and Mitsubishi Motors. Serving as a successor to the Proton Waja, the Inspira was designed to complement the Proton Prevé in the Malaysian auto market.
