The Renault 9 and Renault 11 are small family cars manufactured by French automaker Renault between 1981 and 1988 in saloon and hatchback configurations, designed by renowned designer Robert Opron. These models also had variants produced by American Motors Corporation (AMC) and marketed as the Renault Alliance and Renault Encore in North America. Production of these cars continued in Turkey until the year 2000.
