The Renault Kwid is a crossover city car manufactured by French automaker Renault and was initially designed for the Indian market, debuting in 2015. In 2017, an enhanced version tailored for the Latin American market was introduced in Brazil. The electric variant of the Kwid, known as the Renault City K-ZE, was rolled out in 2019. Production takes place in China, and these electric vehicles have been exported to Europe starting from 2021 under the name Dacia Spring Electric and to Latin America from 2022 under the moniker Renault Kwid E-Tech. Developed as part of the BBA project, the Kwid is significant as it is the first vehicle based on the collaborative CMF-A platform
