The Volkswagen Up is a compact city car introduced by the Volkswagen Group in 2011 and produced until 2023. It was first showcased at the 2011 International Motor Show Germany (IAA) and went into production starting with the 2012 model year in December 2011 at the Volkswagen Plant in Bratislava, Slovakia. This car belongs to the New Small Family (NSF) series, which also includes the SEAT Mii and Škoda Citigo. These two models are essentially rebadged versions of the Volkswagen Up but feature slight variations in their front and rear designs. Both the SEAT and Škoda variants were manufactured at the same factory as the Up but were later discontinued with the SE
