SKODA›Skoda Enyaq Coupe

The Škoda Enyaq iV is an innovative battery electric vehicle compact crossover SUV manufactured by Škoda Auto, unveiled in Prague in September 2020 and entering mass production in November 2020. Built on the Volkswagen Group MEB platform shared with the Volkswagen ID.4, the Enyaq iV represents Škoda's foray into the electric vehicle market. Its name draws inspiration from the Irish name Enya, which is rooted in the Gaelic word ‘eithne,’ translating to ‘essence, spirit, or principle.’ This nomenclature signifies a significant shift for Škoda, introducing a new naming convention where the monikers of electric models will commence with the letter ‘E.’
