2020 – present — China

The Trumpchi M8 minivan, produced by GAC Group under the Trumpchi brand in China and globally under the GAC Motor brand, debuted as the GM8 in 2017 before being rebranded as the M8 in China and GN8 in international markets in 2020. A revised second generation of the M8 was introduced in 2022. In its home market of China, the Trumpchi M8 (as well as its predecessor, the GM8) falls into the full-size seven-seat MPV category and competes with vehicles such as the Buick GL8. As a landmark entry for Trumpchi into the MPV segment, the M8 made its debut at the 2017 Auto Guangzhou exhibition.
