# BoomKings BassMasters Jamboree 2026 BoomKings BassMasters returns to Brisbane Jamboree in 2026. This event welcomes all skill levels, from people entering their first audio competition to experienced competitors. BoomKings members and judges will be available to provide guidance and advice. **EVENT DETAILS** Date: 8-9 August 2026 Location: Champions Way, Willowbank Registration: 10am Entry fee: Available through the Jamboree website **PRIZES** First and second place receive billet J trophies. The loudest vehicle of the day wins a Big J trophy. **COMPETITION CLASSES** 1st Timers, Steppin' It Up, Feeling Trunk, Regulars, Big Boiiz, OutLaws, OutLows, SQ Novice and SQ Pro. **CLASS RULES** 1st Timers (Music Only). For first-time competitors. Max 2,500 watts amp power, 2 subwoofers, 145dB limit, 2 batteries or banks, 14.9v max. Equipment behind B pillar below window line. Rear seats may fold. No burps or tones. No external equipment. Steppin' It Up (Music Only). For returning competitors or those exceeding 1st Timers limits. Max 3,500 watts, 2 subwoofers, 150dB limit, 3 batteries or banks, 14.9v max. Equipment behind B pillar below window line. Rear seats may fold. No burps or tones. No external equipment. Feeling Trunk (Music Only). Sedans only. Max 7,500 watts, 4 subwoofers, 4 batteries or banks, 18.9v max. Enclosure must be in trunk. Equipment behind B pillar below window line. No burps or tones. No external equipment. Regulars (Music Only). Max 10,000 watts, unlimited subwoofers, 6 batteries or banks (max 2 in stock location), 18.9v max. 330mm clearance between enclosure and roof. Rear seats removable. No burps or tones. No external equipment. Big Boiiz (Music Only). Max 15,000 watts, unlimited subwoofers, unlimited batteries, 18.9v max. Non-sealed walled cars allowed with 50mm clearance. Rear and front seats removable. No burps. No external equipment. OutLaw (Burp, Tones and Music). No amp power, subwoofer or battery limits. No voltage limits. External equipment allowed. Walled cars not permitted. OutLow (Music Only). Same as OutLaw except no burps, capped at 30Hz and 155dB. If both competitors reach 155dB, lowest Hz wins. If tied on Hz, a 5-minute charge and rematch decides the winner based on loudest dB at lowest Hz. SQ Novice. Shop-built or sponsored cars not permitted. SQ Pro. Open entry. **GENERAL RULES** 60Hz limit applies to all classes except OutLow. Max 2,000rpm in lanes. Music must play for at least 10 seconds in lanes. All wires must be labelled and accessible for judges. Photos required for non-accessible equipment. Windows down permitted. Doors open only during finals. Alcohol and drug-free event. No speeding. Poor sportsmanship not tolerated. Equipment changes only if it fails and replacements must meet class rules. Team members cannot touch or hold a competitor's car in the lanes. Each competitor gets 2 bye runs per year.
