Muscle Up Car Club's fifth show, run at Hoosier Tire Southwest with Smiley's Racing Products and timed for the opening weekend of the State Fair. Judging is by category with first and second trophies in each. Food, music and vendors on site, and spectators are as welcome as entrants.
