Glenorchy Spotlight Car Meet Date and Time August 15th, 5 pm to 8 pm. What to Expect This is an open car meet. All vehicles welcome. The event features music, food, drinks, and a selection of cars on display. Families are encouraged to attend. Cruise Information A pre-event cruise departs at 4:30 pm from KFC Brighton. Meet there at 4 pm. The route runs along Old Beach Way to the main event. A Kia Carnival will lead the cruise. Once the group reaches Bowen Bridge, the Carnival moves to the left lane to allow cruise vehicles to pass safely on the left for rollers. Rules Burnouts and revving are not allowed. These rules are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. Participants who break these rules will be banned from future events.
