Bumper 2 Bumper is a touring car show that started in the Philippines more than twenty years ago with one rule: every style and every budget is welcome. Each stop puts modified street cars, off-road rigs, classics and bikes on one site with music, food and crowd contests such as the loudest roar and the limbo rock.
