THANK GOD IT'S FRYDAY - TEAM CHALLENGE The Burnout Team Challenge returns after a break. Watch Australia's best burnout teams compete with smoke, noise and rivalry at Sydney Dragway. THE FORMAT 12 teams will compete. Each team has 4 competitors and must include at least 1 street car and 1 pro car (or equivalent high-end vehicle). Teams take turns on the pad. Each competitor gets 2 skids, with only their highest score counting toward the team total. The team with the most points wins. Prize: $5,000 cash for the winning team. HOW TO ENTER Form your team and email [email protected] with these details for each entrant. Team name, entrant names, mobile numbers, email addresses, vehicle class, registration plate number and a photo of each vehicle. Entries close Tuesday, 7 July 2026 at 9AM. EVENT DETAILS Friday, 24 July 2026 at Sydney Dragway. Competitor gates open 3PM. Spectator gates open 5PM. Scrutineering and registration run 3:30PM to 8:30PM. Drivers briefing at 4:45PM. Skids run 5:30PM to 10:30PM. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Fire suits and gloves meeting SFI 3.3/5 standard are compulsory for drivers and passengers in blown and methanol cars. All others are strongly encouraged to wear fire suit, gloves and boots to the same standard. Trade stand applications are open. Email [email protected]. Corporate boxes are available.
