Boulder City Cruisin' Association fills Wilbur Square in the historic district, open to all years and models and capped at the first 300 cars registered. Spectators get in free, and it runs on the same day as the Sunrise Rotary Club's Wurst Festival next door. Entries go through the club's own site.
