Formed on 7 May 1975 with an emphasis on the WWII period, the Australian Ex-Military Vehicle Collectors Society (AMVCS) has around 180 members dedicated to preserving the history of ex-military vehicles through acquisition, restoration and use. The Sydney-based club displays at events, supports ANZAC Day services and offers conditional registration.
