Gainesville Raceway

Gainesville Raceway is a quarter mile drag strip just outside Gainesville, Florida that opened in 1969 and is owned and operated by the NHRA. It has hosted the Gatornationals every year since 1970, making it the third longest running continuous venue for an NHRA national event behind Indianapolis and Pomona, and it was where Kenny Bernstein became the first drag racer to break 300 mph in 1992. The facility seats around 30,000 and also includes a road course used for driver training.
