The Military Jeep Club of Queensland Inc was formed in April 1974 to bring together people interested in the WWII Jeep and other military vehicles of WWII vintage. It caters for those restoring, operating or displaying their vehicles and is an affiliate of the Military Vehicle Preservation Association. Monthly meetings are held at the clubhouse at Rocklea Showgrounds and the club publishes the bi-monthly magazine Command Reconnaissance.
