Northeast Dragway is a private eighth mile drag strip in Hertford, North Carolina, built in 2000 by longtime local resident Curtis Trueblood on a 98 acre property in the northeastern corner of the state. It runs an annual points series across categories such as Top ET, Modified, Bikes, Jr Dragsters and Street, along with Friday night test and tune sessions and cash shootouts, generally from February through November.
