The Queensland American Ford V8 Club Inc. was formed on 17 July 1984 and represents the overhead-valve Ford V8 era from 1955 through the last Australian-assembled US/Canadian-styled Fords of 1972. It emphasises the social side of historic motoring, holds bi-monthly club-run meetings and monthly events, and welcomes enthusiasts of historic and classic vehicles. Membership is $40 single or $60 partner per year, renewing 31 August.
