Redding Motorsports Park is a quarter mile drag strip in Redding, California that was accepted by the NHRA in the fall of 1953, making it the oldest continuously operating NHRA sanctioned drag strip in the country. It is run by the non-profit Redding Dragstrip Inc under the Trimp family and is closely tied to the Kool April Nites car show and race weekend, one of the largest events of its kind on the West Coast. Recent upgrades include a resurfaced start line, a new timing tower and added spectator bleachers.
