This four-tenths mile asphalt tri-oval in Capron, Virginia opened as a dirt track in 1991 and was paved in 1996, later running under NASCAR's weekly Dodge Series and helping develop the early careers of Denny Hamlin and Elliott Sadler. It sat dormant after 2004 before reopening in 2023 under new operators for drifting, karting and private events, with a stated goal of eventually bringing oval racing back.
