The Sunstate Panel Van Club, originally formed in the 1970s-80s and re-established in 2000, is dedicated to the panel van and custom vehicle scene and the camaraderie of vanning culture. Initially centred in Gympie, its membership now spans Queensland and New South Wales, and it hosts car shows including its annual anniversary Panel Van & Custom Car Show at Redcliffe Showgrounds. It is affiliated with the Queensland Historic Motoring Council.
