By @drivesomehq · Launceston, Tasmania, Australia · Racetrack

Symmons Plains Raceway is a 2.41 km circuit south of Launceston in Tasmania, opened in 1960. Its long back straight ends in one of the slowest hairpins in Australian racing, which makes for close racing and a lot of contact. It has hosted the Australian Touring Car Championship and Supercars Championship for decades, along with SuperUtes, Aussie Racing Cars and state championships.
