The company is known for producing extreme, track-focused supercars with aggressive aerodynamic bodywork, drawing a lineage from the earlier Gumpert brand that preceded it under different ownership. Its most notable model is the Apollo IE, a mid-engined hypercar powered by a twin-turbocharged V8 producing around 1,000 horsepower, built in very limited numbers and designed with active aerodynamics and a pronounced focus on downforce.
