Aspark, founded in 2005 by Masanori Yoshida in Osaka, Japan, initially offered engineering services across various sectors. However, it shifted its focus to create the Aspark Owl, aiming to be the fastest-accelerating electric car. Debuted at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2017, the Owl has since been noted for its sub-2 second acceleration to 100 km/h. Aspark has since claimed the title for the fastest-accelerating car with the Owl's production starting in Turin, Italy in partnership with Manifattura Automobili Torino
