The Audi Q5 is a line of compact luxury crossover SUVs produced by German automaker Audi since 2008. The first-generation Q5 (Typ 8R) was introduced as the third member of the B8 family, sharing the Audi MLB platform with the A5 and A4 models. In 2018, Audi unveiled the second-generation Q5 (Typ 80A), which is based on the Audi MLB Evo platform shared with the B9 versions of the A4 and A5.
