Carver

Carver, a pioneering Dutch automotive brand, has made a significant mark in the realm of compact and environmentally friendly transport solutions. Founded by the visionary Dutch entrepreneur Ton van den Brink in the 1990s, Carver's inception was inspired during a traffic jam in Paris, leading van den Brink to contemplate more efficient vehicular designs. This inspiration was transformed into reality by his son, Chris van den Brink, who spearheaded the development of Carver's standout feature: the Dynamic Vehicle Control (DVC) system. This technology allows their three-wheeled vehicles to tilt during turns, mimicking the dynamic movement of motorcycles while maintaining the safety and comfort of a car. The brand's first significant model, the Carver One, was introduced in 2003. It featured a 660 cc turbo engine and boasted a top speed of 185 km/h, combining the best attributes of cars and motorcycles into a single innovative design. The Carver One was not only a commercial vehicle but also became a collector's item, praised for its ahead-of-its-time design and performance. Today, Carver has continued to innovate with its focus on sustainable urban mobility. Their current models include the fully electric Carver, which retains the patented tilting technology of its predecessors while offering a green alternative to traditional cars. This model aligns with modern urban environmental standards and represents Carver's ongoing commitment to innovative, space-efficient, and eco-friendly transportation solutions.
