The Daewoo Lacetti, produced by GM Korea, is a compact car that has been available globally since 2002. Its first generation included a four-door sedan and five-door station wagon with designs created by renowned designers Pininfarina and Giorgetto Giugiaro. The sedan and wagon versions were marketed as the Daewoo Nubira in certain European regions and as the Suzuki Forenza in North America. In 2004, a five-door hatchback variant was introduced as the Daewoo Lacetti5 in South Korea and as the Suzuki Reno in the United States. Following the 2004 model year, the car underwent rebranding and was sold as the Chevrolet Nubira and Lacetti in Europe
