The Ferrari 599XX is a track-only racing car developed from the 599 GTB Fiorano road car and produced between 2009 and 2012. Built under Ferrari's XX Programme, it was sold exclusively to selected clients as an experimental laboratory vehicle, with Ferrari retaining ownership and managing all testing and development activities. The 599XX is known for its significantly uprated aerodynamic package, extensive use of carbon fiber, and a naturally aspirated V12 engine producing around 700 horsepower, making it one of the most extreme expressions of the 599 platform. A notable evolution, the 599XX Evoluzione, appeared in 2012 with further aerodynamic and mechanical refinements, and the car set notable lap records at circuits including the Nurburgring Nordschleife.
