The Ferrari SF90 Spider is an open-top plug-in hybrid sports car produced from 2020 to 2025, serving as the convertible counterpart to the SF90 Stradale coupe. It combines a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 petrol engine with three electric motors to produce a combined system output of 1,000 CV (735 kW), making it one of the most powerful road cars Ferrari has offered in series production. The retractable hardtop roof, which stows beneath the rear deck, can open or close in approximately 14 seconds at speeds of up to 45 km/h. A higher-specification Assetto Fiorano variant was available, adding lightweight options such as a Lexan rear screen, carbon fibre components, and Multimatic shock absorbers drawn from motorsport application.
