The Fiat 124 Sport Spider was a convertible sports car manufactured by Fiat between 1966 and 1985. Produced at the Pininfarina factory in Italy, this front-engined, rear-wheel-drive model made its debut at the 1966 Turin Auto Show with styling by Tom Tjaarda. Over the years, Fiat rebranded the car as the Spider 2000 from 1979 to 1982. Later, after Fiat discontinued production, Pininfarina took over and continued manufacturing the model under their own name as the Pininfarina Spider Azzurra for the North American market and Pininfarina Spidereuropa for Europe between 1982 and 1985.
