The Fiat Albea is a subcompact sedan that was manufactured by Fiat from 2002 to 2012 at the Tofaş facilities in Turkey. It served as the European counterpart to the Fiat Siena, a sedan model based on the Fiat Palio hatchback. The primary aim of the Fiat Albea was to target emerging markets with an affordable yet practical sedan option. However, it was not marketed in Western Europe. Designed by renowned Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro, the Fiat Albea featured a simple and functional design suitable for its target market. In addition to being produced in Turkey, the Fiat Albea was also manufactured in China under the Fiat Siena name, where it spawned two derivative models
