The Fiat Regata, produced by Italian automaker Fiat from 1983 to 1990, was a sedan and station wagon based on the Fiat Ritmo hatchback. It was introduced as the post-facelift version of the Ritmo. The Regata lineup included options of three petrol and two diesel engines. Additionally, Fiat's operations in Argentina continued producing the Regata until 1995 with different engines from newer Fiat models. SEAT, a Spanish builder, also developed a similar saloon car named the SEAT Málaga using the Ritmo platform, but the two cars were developed independently.
